Returns & Exchange
We would love for you to be delighted with our items, and we will strive to carefully inspect each item before shipping out and provide you with the highest quality merchandise.
If you have any issues with any of our items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to put it right and work out the best solution.
We welcome any exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please e-mail us as soon as possible. Please note that you will be responsible for all delivery costs, including shipping the item back to us, and the cost of shipment of the item back to you.
If you find any item is damaged or you have received incorrect items, please contact us with photos no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment with the postmarked date. We will replace the faulty items (based on availability).
Colours may appear darker or lighter depending upon the individual screen resolution settings and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. If you have any questions about the colours of a particular item, you are most than welcome to contact us directly before your purchase. Unfortunately, we will not accept any products returned for this reason. We also do not accept cancelled orders and any change of mind purchases.
Please ensure that when returning the product, it meets all of the following conditions:
- Send us a receipt or proof of purchase
- Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging / box with all tags, if any
- The product is not part of a SALE collection
As shipping cost is an external cost we incur with our logistic service providers, all delivery costs incurred upon order confirmation are not refundable, and for any cases of exchange, we will charge the full shipping cost which we will advise to you in an e-mail. If you are returning goods, you will be also responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us (except in rare cases where the item is defected). Please do so with a trackable courier service as you are responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
